You may watch embedded videos, vote once per issued battle, skip matchups, search public statistics, submit authorized music, and make good-faith reports. Automated voting, replay attempts, scraping that disrupts service, and bypassing abuse controls are prohibited.

You are responsible for your account and must not impersonate another artist. Automatic ownership requires control of the exact official YouTube channel through read-only OAuth verification; matching names are not proof. Imported tracks must be public uploads from that verified channel, under the published reach limits, and metadata must be accurate. The site stores metadata and embeds the original YouTube video; it does not copy the media or transfer copyright.

Tracks may be corrected, disabled, or removed for policy violations, unavailable media, rights concerns, spam, or platform safety. Channels associated with repeated abuse may be blocked from future submissions.

Rankings reflect accepted battles under the published scoring rules and are provided for discovery and entertainment. Abuse controls reduce manipulation but cannot guarantee that anonymous voting is impossible to game.

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Embedded videos remain governed and delivered by YouTube. These terms should be reviewed with qualified counsel before a commercial launch.
