Content Policy.

This policy is part of the Terms and applies to songs and metadata, profiles, Snippets, comments, replies, gift messages, event listings, reports, competition entries and other interactions. Music can be provocative, explicit or critical. Context and artistic expression matter; disagreement or offensive language alone does not establish illegality. Some conduct is prohibited by our rules even when it is not unlawful.

Connect only channels you are authorized to control. Submit accurate artist attribution, titles, language, genre and ownership information, and follow the current eligibility rules. Do not impersonate artists, fabricate verification, misuse manager access or obtain an artist claim through deception. Have the necessary rights for material you provide. YouTube remains the source of embedded video; embedding or importing does not transfer copyright to UNDERDOGS or remove other legal obligations. A public or unlisted Snippet may be shared once published; do not submit confidential material on the assumption that an unlisted link is private.

• Illegal material, sexual exploitation or abuse, including material exploiting children.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, incitement to violence or hatred against protected groups, or exposure of private information intended to endanger or harass someone.
• Copyright infringement, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, or deceptive use of another person's identity.
• Scams, phishing, credential theft, malware, deceptive links and spam.
• Content that facilitates serious criminal harm or attempts to use UNDERDOGS to recruit or coordinate such harm.

Do not buy, automate or coordinate fake votes or engagement, evade limits or suspensions, sell accounts, exploit bugs, misuse reports or interfere with another user's access. Do not fabricate artist ownership, support transactions or payout eligibility, use unauthorized payment methods, or abuse refunds and chargebacks. Reporting a genuine payment problem or exercising consumer rights is permitted. FIRES gifts do not buy organic ranking advantages or permission to break these rules.

Use Report Track or the Snippet reporting option where available. For comments, profiles, privacy, illegal content or other concerns, email business@underdogsbattles.com. Identify the exact URL and content, explain the concern and include useful evidence. For a legal notice, include a contact email and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete, with your name or organization where appropriate. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, unnecessary sensitive information or copies of illegal abuse imagery. For an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the relevant emergency authority.

Rights holders or authorized representatives can use the contact above. Identify the protected work and your authority, the precise UNDERDOGS URL or content at issue, why the use is unauthorized, your contact details and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith. You may also need to report the original upload to YouTube; an UNDERDOGS action does not itself remove a YouTube upload. This is a contact procedure, not a claim that UNDERDOGS has a registered US DMCA agent.

A report is not proof of a violation and does not automatically remove content. Review can lead to no action, a request for more information, metadata correction, restrictions on content or artist tools, or suspension for serious or repeated abuse. Technical eligibility and security checks can also restrict activity. Public availability may change when YouTube makes a video private, removes it or disables embedding.

To ask for reconsideration, email the affected URL/account, any decision reference and the reasons or evidence you want reviewed. This contact route does not limit statutory remedies or represent a dedicated statutory appeal system. Where notice, reasons or redress are required by law, those obligations still apply. Relevant evidence may be retained for a justified investigation or legal claim under our Privacy Policy.
